Massive size and always fresh ! Great price when in Chicago it's a must ! Use to live here boy do I miss

04/15/24 - I've been driving by this Taco Burrito King for years. I brought 5 of my cutlery items into Northwest Cutlery and Taco Burrito King is 2 doors down on the SE corner of Harlem & Higgins Ave. This isn't my first rodeo @ TBK as they have a number of locations around the city & suburbs but it was my first time at this location. After I finished I walked over 2 doors & ordered 2 steak tacos. I was very pleased as the steak tacos were loaded w/a healthy portion of steak, sour crème, lettuce & cheese served on 2 corn tortillas slightly toasted on the stove top grill w/the steak. I really enjoyed them as I scarfed them down nom nom nom 4 1/2 for the food 1 pt off for the zero personality staff

We had the French fry steak nacho, king burrito with steak and a cheese quesadilla. Overall it was good. Loved the authentic taste and fresh ingredients. Definitely recommended if you've never tried it. Go with the steak if you can't decide.

The T B K adds a fair amount of cheese for the price. Chorizo and steak tacos from this location are always good. The free parking's a plus. Red AND green!

Damn good especially getting into ORD late night!! The steak street tacos, were so good it hit the spot! Thank you for staying open 24/7 I s hard to find good food late night. Nicely done, now go get that guacamole salsa and I'll throw in the extra star!

TBK is staple in our regular rotation of local spots. We exclusively get TBK through Uber Eats currently, so this review is keeping in mind that I can't speak to the in person experience. This location is my preferred location to order from. One of the best things about ordering TBK is how quickly the food is made and delivered. Sometimes over an hour is just too long to wait for the grumbling tummy. We have several menu items we love but my go to is the quesadilla, with whatever meat sounds best that day, and my boyfriend always gets the super king burrito. The portions are large. The food is fresh. Even with delivery it comes warm. I like to add chips and salsa, although the salsa can be pretty spicy some days. I also enjoy their rice and typically add a side. There isn't anything necessary remarkable, but the experience is consistently good. Their hours make it a convenient choice to order from, and hearty, good food keeps us coming back. Thank you TBK!
